The Survey Tool can be used to create

• Questionnaires
• Registration Pages
• Quizzes (with responses to right or wrong answers)
• Evaluations

Creating a survey allows you to receive feedback from your users by using the easy tools on the Site Builder.  If you have established a website and you want to create a survey for it, you have access through your site's dashboard.

Or, while editing your website, on the main menu, look to the yellow menu on the left, near the bottom.

You can also create a survey without creating a website. Just click on the word Surveys in your Portal.

The survey window will look like this:

The help site listed below will take you through the steps in creating, organizing and testing your survey. You will be able to use fields like Short Text, Long Text, Super Long Text, Yes/No, Multi-checks, single choice, and dropdown lists. You will also be able to divide your survey into sections with headers you create.

Survey Results

You will be notified by an auto-generated email that someone has completed one of your surveys. You can check results on the survey's edit page. The answers will be in columns underneath the appropriate identifier (the phrase to remind you of the question). The identifiers are in the same order as the questions on the survey.

The survey results can also be exported to an Excel document by clicking one button.
