Here's how to set up spam filtering using UCD's spam assassin. This is engaged automatically but is set to the most lenient filtering by default. These settings are adjustable and more aggressive filtering is available, if you do it yourself.

  • Log onto geckomail using your UCD email login and password.
  • Click the Spam Filtering link
  • Choose the settings you would like. Recommended settings are:
    • Yes
    • 5 (Default)
    • Yes
    • 10

Click Submit Spam Filter Settings.
