Conference

If you cancel after April 13, 2009, you will be assessed a $250 charge to help defray expenses (see the registration form). Please let us know asap if you cannot attend. Doing so will help us to allow as many people as possible to participate, so we would appreciate your cooperation. 

Hotel

Please keep in mind that you will be charged an early checkout fee by the Doubletree if you leave earlier than indicated on your reservation. Let the Doubletree Hotel know at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay to avoid this fee.
