Home Compost Education Project
The Home Compost Education Project is a partnership with the Sonoma County Waste Management Agency which seeks to educate the home gardener about composting. At the workshops throughout the county, Master Gardeners show gardeners how to compost and then use the resulting material in their gardens. In addition, Master Gardeners volunteers give presentations in local schools to teach children about worm composting. For more information, contact our office.
Composting Basics gives an overview of the process.
