Sonoma Garden Park
The Sonoma Garden Park is an educational campus of the Sonoma Ecology Center. It provides a beautiful, natural environment with educational opportunities for all ages. Sonoma County Master Gardeners are participating with Sonoma Ecology Center staff to teach gardening to children at Sonoma Garden Park.
In 1973, Pauline Bond, a local teacher, donated her six-acre parcel of
land to the City of Sonoma so it could be opened as a park. The Sonoma
Ecology Center leases the land from the City and is preserving its
historical value and agricultural heritage.

Sonoma County Master Gardeners are leading the following projects:
- Kindergarten Class Visits Bi-monthly
- Fourth Grade pilot program - April 2007
- Summer Camp July - August 2007
- Master Gardener workshops at the Sonoma Garden Park
