Water
Water is provided by the Shafter-Wasco Irrigation district. Total dissolved solids (TDS) are about 140 ppm, but that is variable, and deep well water has about 400 ppm TDS. Saline water has 3300 TDS, about 0.3 ppm boron, and less than 2 ppm selenium.
