Laboratories
The laboratory facilities total 20,000 square-feet in six buildings. The laboratories are configured to meet the various needs of researchers and their respective disciplines. Most of the lab space is assigned to resident researchers.
Lab configurations include:
- nine growth chambers
- walk-in refrigerator
- large walk-in forced air drying oven
- grow room for rearing insects
- acid delinter
- fume hoods
- water still
- ag engineering shop with various lathes, mills, etc.
