The Saltcedar Biological Control Consortium is a Federal, State and Private Organizational Group devoted to improving natural and agricultural ecosystems through controlling exotic, invading species, including saltcedar (Tamarix spp.), yellow starthistle (Centaurea solstitialis), and giant reed (Arundo donax).
