Registration is now closed.
Symposium tickets are $65 per person. The fee includes the lectures, break refreshments, a boxed lunch and handouts.
Cancellation policy: A refund (less a $10 fee) will be returned to participants who cancel in writing by mail or fax (916-875-6233) before October 1, 2007. No refund requests will be honored after October 1, 2007.
