Posters in PowerPoint: Page Setup
To have your poster printed at ANR Communication Services, the setup must be correctly defined within PowerPoint. After launching PowerPoint, go to:

FILE...PAGE SETUP (“Slide Setup” in older versions)
1. select Custom under the Slides Sized for option.
2. Change the Width and Height values to your poster requirements. Example: 36"w x 48"h (3' x 4')
3. Under Orientation:Slides, select either landscape or portrait.

You can now proceed to create your charts and graphs.

  • If you choose to use one our  a template from *program1548*  , please confirm the Page Setup to meet your poster requirements.
  • If you require a poster that is larger than 4’x4’ from PowerPoint, then choose a custom size that is porportionate to your final poster requirements within the maximimun size limits of PowerPoint which is 56” on a side. Example: adjust height and width to 24” x 48” landscape if you want a finished poster of 48” x 96” landscape. When you submit the file, please send a note that you require 200% increase in size from the submitted document properties to the final printed size of 4’x 8’.
