February 14th: Treatment with ethylene and fertilizer. Treatments were prepared during the day, but applied at night, due to the nigh ambient daytime temperature. Treatment: 700 ppm ethylene + 4% mpk + 0.25% nonionic surfactant.
February 16th: The Collossus harvester is demonstrated in an olive orchard, apart from the Trial orchard.
February 23rd: Hand harvesting of olives from control trees in the Trial orchard provide a comparison to the mechanically-harvested olives.
February 25th: Mechanized harvesting of olives from the Trial orchard, using the Maqtec Collossus.
