Research Interests:
Responsible for the Cooperative Extension program for tree crops in Glenn County and olives in Tehama County. Areas of research and extension include: IPM for almonds, walnuts and prunes, regulated deficit irrigation for almonds and prunes, crop control using pruning and chemical and mechanical thinning in prunes and olives, olive knot control in olives, olive fly control, training of olive trees for mechanical harvest and production of specialty table olives.
