The National Clean Plant Network (NCPN) was created to protect U.S. specialty crops, such as grapes, nuts, apples, peaches and other fruits, from the spread of economically harmful plant pests and diseases.  The NCPN will ensure the global competitiveness of U.S. specialty crop producers by creating high standards for our clean plant programs.

USDA-APHIS is the governmental entity that houses the NCPN Governing Body.  Their website contains information on the Farm Bill, NCPN organizational documents, and the Cooperative Agreements Program.
