Physical, biological and social science issues influencing the availability and safety of the food supply worldwide. Topics include:Agriculture’s turning points such as the Green Revolution and Haber-Buschnitrogen synthesis, human population and future food production, farming sustainability, basics of human nutrition, agricultural economics, global warming and more.
