The Taste of the Harvest will be Saturday, August 1, 2009 from 5:00 - 7:30 PM at the Garden of the Sun. The evening will include sampling harvest recipes that utilize fresh fruit and produce, a salsa contest, a tomato and fruit tasting, fruit and plant sales, a benefit drawing and educational seminars on preserving the harvest.
For the first time ever, the Taste of the Harvest will be expanded to include a classic car and truck show and a ‘Decorate Your Wheels’ competition for youths.
Admission details:
Presale up to July 16: Family $12 (2 adults and children age 12 or under)
After July 16 Adults $5 Children $2 (Ages 6-12)
