The lawn area is irrigated by an underground drip system. The lawn is a Tifgreen Hybrid Bermuda grass which is tough and sturdy for traffic and active areas. It is very fine textured. Because of the close mowing requirement, mowing frequency is typically more often than Tall Fescue or common Bermuda grasses.
