Conference Registration Fees

Off-site guests (additional costs are to cover Thursday's lunch & 3 required day-use passes) $180 $200 $230

  1. Secure your lodging. Mail the Asilomar housing form (pdf) directly to Asilomar, before July 22, or make lodging reservations elsewhere. Note: there are no "historical" rooms available on "standards." Please do not request historic rooms when completing your housing form. See lodging links (pdf) for more information.
  2. Register & Pay for the conference, tours, and commemorative denim shirt. Complete registration information on the secure UC web site. You will have the option to pay by check and mail it to us (preferred method for cost savings to the statewide program) or by credit card. Your confirmation and tour details will be sent to you via e-mail or US mail (if you do not have an e-mail account) before the conference.
  3. Select your classes. Sign-up online for breakout sessions, to volunteer during the conference, and to attend Thursday's Welcome Celebration. The documents linked below will give you all the information you need to make decisions about the breakout sessions you want to attend:

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • Conference - Before August 20: refund, less $25 processing fee. No refunds after August 20. Contact Kamala Paul: kapaul@ucdavis.edu, 530.754.7759
  • Tours - Refunds for tour cancellation will be made, if an e-mail request to nmnalicia@sbcglobal.net is received by 4:00 pm onAugust 20. No refunds after August 20.
