| Tour Registration Information Registration for each tour is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Master gardeners and their conference guests will be given first priority. However, all tours will be open to non-master gardeners beginning May 15. It is recommended you register and make your payment early if you are interested in any of our featured tours. What if I have to cancel my registration?
Refunds for tour cancellation will be made, if a written request is received via e-mail to nmnalicia@sbcglobal.net by 4:00 p.m. on August 20. Registrants who do not attend and have not cancelled prior to August 20 are liable for the total registration fee. No refunds can be made.
When will I receive confirmation?
You will receive confirmation early this summer. If you have questions or would like more immediate detailed information about each tour, please contact Alicia Molina at 831-763-0201 or nmnalicia@sbcglobal.net. Please note: confirmation letters and related information are sent by e-mail, so if your e-mail is not working or if your address changes, you must inform conference staff.
