I planted this peony, moving it from Watsonville about 10 years ago. The Mr. Lincoln rose was newly planted at the time and I did not think about pink and red not being good neighbors. When the peony is through blooming the rest of the year is OK so I have decided not to move such a well established peony that would have massive roots.
