This evergreen Clematis is covering an arbor 10 feet by 14 feet. The picture was taken in March but it cannot show the intense fragrance. Not many plants produce such a blanket of fragrant bloom this early in the year. About three years was needed for this plant to reach across the arbor. The only care required is a fairly sever cutting back of this growth after the bloom.
