Healthy Happy Families: Mini-Lessons are designed to help parents learn positive parenting skills that promote healthy feeding relationships with preschool aged children. This program is designed to be used in connection with a nutrition education program that teaches parents about the nutritional needs and health diets of young children. When used in connection with a nutrition education program, Healthy Hpapy Families: Mini Lessons have been shown to significantly improve parents' attitudes about child feeding and parenting.

Each of the eight Healthy, Happy Families: Mini Lessons addresses children’s development and skills that parents can use to foster a healthy feeding relationship with their children.
