PARENT EXPRESS is a 15 issue newsletter that provides new parents with timely information on preparing for their new baby's arrival, growth, and development. 

TODDLER EXPRESS is a continuation of the infant “Parent Express” and covers development through 36 months of age. The toddler series includes newsletters in two different formats to provide flexibility in delivery: age-based (4 issues)and topic-based (12 issues). 

HEALTHY HAPPY FAMILIES includes a series of 9 brochures with tips for parents to make nutritional changes in their families, as well as materials for nutrition educators and ideas for in-class activities.
