Add a Custom Header
*Please constrain the proportions of your custom header. The recommended header size is 720 x 80.
Go to your portal homepage.
Select the title of the survey you would like to add a custom header to.
Click Survey Formatting
Scroll down until you see the Custom Header text entry box.
If you are hosting the graphic on your own server...
- Enter that url in the text entry box.
- Click save information.
If your graphic is in the Site Builder File Library...
- Open a new window and return to your portal.
- Click edit from beside the name of your Site Builder website.
- Click File Library.
- Click the name of the graphic you wish to use.
- Scroll down to View or Delete File.
- Copy the URL.
- Close this window and return to Survey Formatting.
- Paste the URL into the Custom Header text entry box.
- Click Save Information.
Test your survey.
