A Program or Project can have as many sub-pages as you would like. Each page is added by using the 'add a page' function.
Open your Project/Program
Click 'add a page'

Adding a Page
Enter in page information. If you actually want this to link to a different page, see the 'Remote Pages' help page.
Hit 'save information'. You have just added a sub-page! Now you will see your new page in the blue list of sub-pages on your main project/program edit page. To edit any of those pages you can click on the page name.

Sub Page List
If you want the public to see this page, you will need to publish your program or project. Once it is published, it will automatically be added to the menu on your site.
Here is an example of the automatic sub page menu for the Projects/Workgroups System

Automatic Sub Page List for Projects
This is an example of the same sub menu, but on the county sites.

Automated sub page menu for counties
----------------------------------
Here is one more item that needs to be mentioned in this area, but will seldom be used.
On the bottom of the page edit screen, there is an option labelled . This allows you to create pages that will not be displayed on the automated sub menus. You might do this for a few different reasons-
- You have a page that you want to keep, but will not be displayed often. Possibly your Master Gardener Summer Fling page.
- You want to create a page that will only be linkable by using th *page99* code.
Here is what the box looks like:

Add a page, but don't put it on the menu
After you uncheck the box and hit 'save information' you will see that the subpage menu looks a little different. The page that will not be displayed with have an asterisk next to it, and there is an explanation at the bottom of the sub page menu. When the project is published, the page(s) with the asterisk will not be put on the sub menu, but you can still link to them using the crosslinking methods.
