The File Library that is built-in to each program page and sub-page allows you to quickly add a photo or document to the page on which you are working. It automatically groups the files by page or program number, helping to keep the master File Library organized.

The built-in File Library allows you to drag and drop photos into the Text Editor, resize graphics, change the names of documents and delete files. Read on to learn about adding a file to the built-in File Library.
Add Your File
The first step to getting your file from your computer to the site is to add it into the File Library. To do this, click the "Browse" or "Choose File" if you are using a Mac. Once you find the file on your computer, and select it, the file will be uploaded to your site and photos will be separated from documents as seen in the above example. Photos, uploaded as JPGs or GIFs will be shown as thumbnails in the top frame, and all other documents will be listed in the bottom frame.

Edit Your File
Each file can be edited in the frame by clickinng on the link for the photos and the "Edit" link for the documents.
Photo Editing
Photos will automatically be downsized, maintaining the orginal aspect ratio, to a maximum of 550 pixels wide. This ensures that any photo, no matter what the size, will fit on any of your Site's pages except for the home page. You can further reduce the size of your photo using the "Picture Size" dropdown box. The editing screen also allows you to rename the photo or delete it entirely. By default captions are turned off for all photos loaded using the built-in File Library. Should you want the caption turned on, you must do so through the master File Library.
Due to the way browsers download and cache images, you may not see the reduced image after you drag it into the Text Editor. However, when you save and publish the page, you will see the correct size image. Additionally, if you attempt to upload a document after uploading a photo, you may need to reset the "File Type" box to "All Files" when you search your computer for the file.

Document Editing
Once your document is uploaded you can change the name of the file or the sort order of it if you plan to use it in a group. The name of the file will be the word(s) that are linked to the document on your site, so be sure to give it a name that makes sense to a user.
