Thank you for participating in our Urban Gardening Survey! Locate your Code on the envelope sent with the survey*, then click the "Take Survey" link in the left-hand column to begin. The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete.
We are currently collecting surveys door-to-door in your neighborhood, but you may still enter using this online form. Limit one entry per household. Winners of the $50 gas card prize will be selected in November and notified by phone, email, or postal mail.
*If you misplaced or discarded the envelope, send an email with your address to Karey Windbiel-Rojas at kwindbiel@ucdavis.edu and she will look up your code for you.
