If you have Windows 98 or above Netmeeting should already be installed on your computer. It is in different locations depending on the version of Windows. Look in Start/Programs/Accessories/Communications.

In Windows XP or 2000, you can do the following:

• Click on the 'Start' Menu.
• Select 'Run'
• Type in 'conf.exe'
• Click 'Ok'
