Collaborative Tools is a system with 3 specific sections:

• Message Board (with e-mail)
• File upload/download
• Calendar

Unlike NetMeeting, your group does not need to 'meet'- not everyone has to be connected at the same time.  The discussions in Collaborative Tools are meant to be on-going, as well as archived.
