The official language of the conference is English. A title and a brief description/abstract (250 words or less) should be received by September 30, 2008. Posters should not exceed 48 inches x 48 inches (122 cm x 122 cm). Materials to display the posters will be provided at the conference.

If you do not wish to transport your poster during your travel to the conference, you can ship your poster to:

Please allow adequate shipping time. The poster arrival date should be before January 9, 2009. The conference staff will transport your poster to the conference hotel. You can retrieve your poster at the registration desk.
