ANR Administrative Services 

Kay Harrison Taber serves as Assistant Vice President - Administrative Services for the Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources. The Assistant Vice President - Administrative Services (AVP-AS) oversees the Office of the Controller and Business Services, Budget, Contracts and Grants, Communication Services and Development Services the ANR Analytical Lab,  Human Resources and the newly developed Procedure Evaluation Team. The Assistant Vice President reports directly to the Vice President.
