All registration forms may be downloaded online.  The 4-H Camp packet is due into the 4-H Office by 5:00 p.m. on April 1, 2010. Your 4-H Club Leader may impose a deadline that is earlier than our deadline. The following forms are required to be completed and returned to your 4-H Club Leader:

• Boys or Girls Cabin Assignment Form
• 2010 Family Registration Form    One form per family.
