Youth Development
4-H is the youth development program of the University of California Cooperative Extension. Since 1915, this youth program has served the children, youth and families of San Joaquin County by providing research-based knowledge, expertise and educational projects which engage youth in reaching their fullest potential while advancing the field of youth development.
