Previously operated by Washington Mutual as a "Learning Center," purchased by Chase, then sold to the current owners and converted into a "boutique hotel," this conference center sits on 18 acres of which 10 acres are restored wetlands. The chef grows fresh greens on-site.
The woodland facility is located approximately 4,000 feet east of the southern end of the SeaTac airport runway. Shuttles are available to the airport, Seattle light rail and Amtrak.
