| Symptom | Problem | Corrective action |
| The home screen shows "0.0.0.0" as the system's IP address. | The LAN cable is not connected. | Check the LAN cable connection to the LAN port on the system. |
| The people at the far site cannot hear you. | Your system's microphone is muted. | To unmute the system, press the Mute button on the remote control. |
| No audio at your site | The far site is muted. | Ask the far site to unmute the microphone. |
| The volume may be turned all the way down. | Turn the volume up using the remote control. | |
