How to Set Up and Tear Down the Equipment
To Set Up:
- Roll the equipment cart to the conference room if neccessary.
- Plug the power cord
and network cable 
into the appropriate jacks on the wall or the floor. - Turn on both TVs and turn on the Polycom Unit that's on top of the TV.

To Tear Down:
- Undo the above steps in reverse order.
