Solano Agricultural Resource Center

Solano Agricultural Resource Center

During my study leave from July 2007 until March 2008, I dedicated most of my efforts to developing the Solano Agricultural Resource Center, a website designed to provide production and marketing information to benefit Solano County growers. The website also includes County regulations concerning Farmer’s Markets, Farm Stands and special use permits.

My goal was to provide growers and the general public with a one-stop place for information about agriculture and services in Solano County, as well as giving growers a presence on the INTERNET, as a means to help with their marketing efforts. I hope that I have reached my goal.

How to find information in the website?

As you click on the title of your selection, you will be offered a choice of subjects. Then as you click on your selection, the next page will show the information that you want. To move up and down the selected page, you may need to use the slide bar located at the right side of your browser window.

If you would like to return to the previous page, you may use the back page arrow at the uppermost left hand corner of your browser window, or select the same or another topic on the left hand side of the screen (under Programs).

I hope that your search for information in the Solano Agricultural Resource Center website will prove succesful.
