# Building Permit required for all construction. Entrance, interior and parking space must comply with American with Disabilities Act (ADA). Restroom (wether employee or public) need to be ADA compliant.

# Planning does allow it if use permit is obtained. Must comply with California Health and Safety Code including the following: Plan check, Food permit, 3 sides to the structure, mop sink, produce sink, restroom for employees. May have "porch" area for product display.

# Food sales of non-potentially hazardous prepackaged food (chips, water, soda) from approved source allowed if storage and display is less than 50 sq. ft.

#Non-potentially hazardous prepackaged food (chips, water, soda) if sales and display is greater than 50 sq. ft. must be completely enclosed, have potable water and septic system.

# May require encroachment permit from Public Works, Retail/Banking/Restaurant etc. are not allowed. Selling allowed if there is Active Commercial Agriculture in the parcel.

# Year round/seasonal business need Business License.

# Agricultural Commissioner may have other requirements.
