# Entrance, interior and parking space must comply with American with Disabilities Act (ADA). Restroom (wether employee or public) need to be ADA compliant.
# Planning permit not needed if stand is located equal or further than 80' from street centerline, if less than 80ft, permit is required.
# Must comply with California Health and Safety Code including the following: Plan check, Food permit, 3 sides to the structure, mop sink, produce sink, restroom for employees. May have "porch" area for product display. Food sales of non-potentially hazardous prepackaged food (chips, water, soda) from approved source allowed if storage and display is less than 50 sq. ft.
# If food sales and display of non-potentially hazardous prepackaged food (chips, water, soda) is greater than 50 sq. ft. , the stand must be completely enclosed, have potable water and septic system.
#May require encroachment permit from Public works. ( Solano County Code Chapter 24)
# Allowed under Williamson Act contract if there is "active commercial agriculture" present.
# Year round/seasonal business need Business License. Agricultural Commissioner may have other requirements.
