November is Here!

We have a new pick up location starting this month in SONOMA!!!

The November Shipment will be available for pick up:

Monday November 16th from 4:30pm to 6:00pm in San Francisco
Tuesday November 17th from 4:30pm to 6:00pm at Tierra Vegetables and Canvas Ranch
Wednesday November 18th from 4:30pm to 6:00 pm at Relish Culinary Center
Wednesday November 18th from 4:30pm to 6:00 pm at The Epicurean Connection in Sonoma
Thursday November 19th from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm at Laguna Farms
 
 
Please feel free to stop by any one of these pick's up to purchase extra meat cut's.
 
This month's shipment will include recipes from Dustin Vallette of Dry Creek Kitchen in Healdsburg.

Sonoma County Meat Buying Club

Have you heard of Community Supported Agriculture and their wonderful vegetable boxes filled with fresh local produce?  Now you'll be able to make the meal complete by also ordering locally grown meats. 

The University of California Cooperative Extension in Sonoma County is partnering with local meat producers to begin a program that will allow you to have a variety of locally grown meats delivered right to a central pick-up point.  Members will receive a monthly delivery of Sonoma grown chicken, beef, pork, and lamb, plus much more...

  •  recipes from Dry Creek Kitchen in Healdsburg, and cooking instructions for different cuts
  • details about the ranches that raised your meats

November's order will include Grass-fed Beef from Carol Giovannini, Corn-finished Beef from Rick Olufs, pasture-raised lamb from Walt Ryan, and  humanely raised pork raised from the Ralph Wordan. We will have pasture raised chickens from the Coastal Hill Farm.

**Some exchanges of equal value will be allowed (ie exchange pork for lamb in the small orders)!  We will have selected cuts available for exchange at all pick-up sites.
