POSTER SESSION GUIDELINES

The poster session will be grouped by topic similar to those identified for the scientific program. All posters will be displayed during a wine reception held from 6:00 to 8:30 pm on Friday, June 25, 2010.  The location of the reception and poster session will be announced at a later date.

The author must be present during the reception for one hour to answer questions related to the work. The author is responsible for setting up and removing the poster.

POSTER FORMAT GUIDELINES 

Poster must not exceed dimensions of 42" (1.0 m) vertically or horizontally.  Authors must submit an abstract summarizing the information presented in the poster.  Poster abstracts will be will be published in a publication entitled Proceedings of the 6th International Table Grape Symposium.  Format instructions for poster abstracts can be found at the 'Call for Abstracts' link here.

Posters should contain the following information:

1. Abstract
2. Title (All uppercase letters in bold font)
3. Name(s) of Authors, Institutional affiliations and postal addresses of all authors, Email for corresponding author
4. Introduction
5. Tables, graphs or diagrams that concisely describe the results 
6. Conclusion
7. Acknowledgements

We encourage presenters to make copies of their posters, printed in LETTER format (8.5" X 11") or similar sized paper to be made available to symposium participants during the poster session.

Further guidelines for the preparation of presentations will be sent with the notification that your abstract has been accepted.
