SACRAMENTO COUNTY

Farm to School programs include all efforts that generally connect schools with local agriculture. Schools can improve cafeteria meals, provide a more hands-on introduction to nutrition and natural sciences, while supporting the surrounding farm economy and increasing communities' understanding of the importance of local agriculture. The websites and information listed here are considered to be potentially useful to one or more aspects of a Farm to School program.
