Take Assessments Now!

*You can still take either assessment even though the deadline has passed.  The sooner, the better!

Leadership Program Participants,

The Leadership Team of Mitchen Inc is excited about joining you in May! Our program is developed and designed around your personal development. The proven approach we use will allow you to explore your strengths and weaknesses, to participate in an innovative training track, and develop plans for expanding your future.

The most important aspect of this program is a focus on your success. In doing so, we are asking you to take two assessments. One of these assessments (CPI-260) is normally used with top leaders from across the world.  The other (ACI) is a tool used for self identifying strengths and weaknesses in managing others.  In using these assessments, we make an ethical pledge to you that we will never share any results from assessments or activities we do in the training.  Only you and Mitchen Inc will see your feedback on the assessment.  Below are the instructions for taking the CPI-260. The instructions on taking the ACI may be found at http://www.ces.ncsu.edu/pods/ACI/aci_helpaid.htm .  We are asking you to complete both of these assessments by March 15th, 2005. You should allocate 40 minutes to complete the assessment.  We recommend you do not do both assessments in one sitting. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me personally!
