Conference Purpose:

This conference is designed for CE County Directors. It is intended to provide CD’s with professional self-development and leadership tools and offer opportunities for discussion on current management challenges and issues that each of us as county directors face.

Desired Outcomes:

• Increased awareness of the staff, programs, and skills in the various county CE programs in the state among county directors and our leadership

• Identification and improved awareness of current leadership skills, talents and challenges we each face as individuals and completion of a self action plan to enhance personal growth

• Agreement on action items and assignments to ensure follow-up from this meeting
