UC ANR BioEnergy Work Group

Welcome to the BioEnergy Work Group home page.

The BioEnergy Work Group links ANR research and outreach on bioenergy production to the interests and activities of farmers and others associated with bioenergy industries in California. The work group carries out basic and applied research on new bioenergy crop alternatives, bioenergy cropping systems and regional economic modeling.

Major goals of the BioEnergy Work Group are providing research-based bioenergy educational materials to the farming and bioenergy business community, and creating projects leading to bioenergy feedstock production and use in California.
