The Beef Cattle Project takes some time. You go through a process that is a while, but yet rewarding. If you choose to do a Beef Replacement Heifer, you sell your bred heifer at a county fair, and the buyer keeps it at a ranch for the baby to be born. The buyer keeps both animals. Steers are opposite. A buyer can choose wether to slaughter or to keep for a ranch steer.
