Dear CE Advisors,
 
We are interns in the Western Extension Leadership Development (WELD) program.  All interns are required to do a project, and we are hoping you will help us complete ours.
 
There is concern that with upcoming retirements, the pool of potential replacement County Directors may be insufficient.  We developed a survey to evaluate the likelihood current advisors would take on County Director positions in California.  We are also exploring alternatives to the current strategies for filling administrative roles. 

It should take approximately 10 -15 minutes.
 
If you are a county director it is not necessary for you to complete a survey but if you would like to, we welcome your input.
 
Results will be presented at the fall UCCE Academic Assembly Council meeting and will also be available to all academic staff via the web.
