Orientation Conference Goals:
- Build sense of involvement and commitment to UC's land-grant mission, public service, and the value of a vital research-extension continuum in solving serious
- Build connections and cooperative associations among campus AES/CE and county-based CE members working across all program areas and units.
- Increase understanding of our statewide organizational structure and mechanisms for promoting collaboration and joint research and extension programming.
- Improve professional and organizational competencies for AES and CE members in useful communication, funding/grants development, interpersonal, program planning and team development knowledge and skills.
