Other Submission Methods
An Option--In-Person File Submission: It's not that we wouldn't enjoy a visit from you, but the fact is, we don't have anyone sitting around waiting for your visit. The poster printing tasks are divided among several media professionals who may be doing other jobs at any given time of the day. And then there's the medium your file is on. Disks get lost, scratched, and who knows what else happens to them. Files submitted online are duplicated shortly after their arrival and are much easier to track and store. If you would like to deliver your file in person, please call and make an appointment first, and be prepared to fill out the same form used for online submission, including your recharge information.
Not accepted--E-mail submission: We've tried it for two years. It's not a good way to send such large files and we've had trouble getting complete processing information. We end up spending time tracking you down trying to get vital information like poster size or quantity as you go about your busy day. That's why the online process has been developed and refined. To be accepted, your file submission must be complete. That way we have all the information needed to process your request right away.
