The Cultural Resource Team is a group of volunteer Cooperative Extension advisors and staff personnel who offer themselves as a resource to other CE advisors involved with program delivery. Team members have experience with and sometimes speak the language of minority populations whose customs and culture may be unfamiliar to the advisor in the field. If these minority groups comprise part of the potential clientele, an advisor may need help bridging the culture and communication gap. Members of the Cultural Resource Team stand ready to help.
