Our team will probably be at your office for 2 to 3 days to set up the service. We will need to work on each computer twice during that time. The first time will only take about 15 minutes and we will probably do it the first day. The second time will take longer, one-half hour to one hour. You won’t be able to use your computer during this time. We will do our best to work around your schedule, but most likely you will be inconvenienced.
We will also be making changes to other network resources such as printers and file servers, and you will be unable to access them for some of the time we are there.
If there is a time frame that works best for you, say in the afternoons or before 10am, let your Office Liaison know. He/she can make a note of that, and we will do our best to work around your schedule.
